CBSE Duplicate Certificate

CBSE Duplicate Certificate Form

A Candidate who lost his/her CBSE passing certificate may obtain duplicate or triplicate certificate by paying a sum of Rs.50.

Submit an application on the form given below in the event of loss/theft/mutilation of the original certificate provided that an affidavit is filed to that effect before an official not below the rank of a first class Magistrate or a Member of the Governing Body of the Board.

If you want your certificate urgently then you can pay an extra amount of Rs.50 and your certificate will issued after 48 hours excluding holidays.

Rein in CBSE and ISCE schools: Minister

Bangalore : Primary and secondary education minister Visvesvaraya Hegde Kageri has an axe to grind with CBSE and ICSE schools in Karnataka. While attending the Central Education Suggestion Council in New Delhi on Tuesday, he urged the Centre to devise ways to rein in these schools.

"The management board of CBSE and ICSE schools are acting without restraint," he told Union human resource development minister Arjun Singh, referring to how these schools frame their fees and admission process.

"The Centre ought to appoint officials to be based out of Karnataka to rein in these schools," he demanded.

He was also unhappy with the amount earmarked for education by the Centre. He asked Arjun Singh to hike the amount for Karnataka from Rs 960.42 crores towards Sarva Shiksha Abhiyan. "The state government is extending its Nali Kali programme to include class one and two students for 2009-10 and Class three and four students in 2010-11," he said. "The Centre ought to earmark 10% to education," he added.
